“Pet Sematary: Bloodlines” is a dull prequel to a moderately successful Stephen King adaptation. The film is set in 1969 Ludlow, Maine, and explores the origins of the Mi’kmaq burial ground and the character Jud Crandall. Jackson White plays Jud, a teenager yearning to leave Ludlow with his girlfriend Norma (Natalie Alyn Lind).
